Metode Forward Chaining Dengan Dempster Shafer Pada Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Kerusakan Laptop

Abstract


Mufidah Computer store technicians need at least 3 days to diagnose laptop damage, depending on the level of damage so that it makes the curiosity of customers appear without having to wait for 3 days of news, as well as customers who don't have time to come to the store, their curiosity about laptop damage along with advice. The purpose of the research is to build a system that accommodates the knowledge of an expert or experts in the field of laptop service. In this final project, an expert system is built to diagnose laptop damage, the search is carried out using Forward Chaining inference and diagnostic calculations using the Dempster Shafer method. The Dempster Shafer method calculates the probability of laptop damage based on the probability value of each symptom. The customer must select the symptoms displayed by the system, then the system will calculate the probability value of a malfunction. The results issued by this expert system are the name, details, and damage suggestions, as well as the percentage value of the possibility of laptop damage.
